The purpose of the company is to develop, manufacture and sell centrifugal pumps and rotary pumps that are predominantly used in the food and beverage and pharmaceuticals industry. Furthermore, it purchases, holds and manages national and international shareholdings.

6. Description of the group of persons in question and the relevant data or data categories:
Customer data, staff data and data from suppliers if these are necessary to fulfil the purposes laid out in Number 5.

7. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be communicated:
Public bodies where overriding legal requirements exist, external contractors in accordance with §11 BDSG [German Federal Data Protection Act] and external bodies and internal departments of FRISTAM to achieve the purposes indicated in Number 5.

8. Time limits for the deletion of data:
The legislator has established a number of different retention periods for the data. The data in question is routinely deleted following the expiration of its respective time period. All other data not subject to legal retention periods are deleted after the purposes laid out in Number 5 are removed.

9. Data transfer to third countries:
Not planned.
