Reliable conveying of alkane sulfonates, salts and emulsions in detergents, care products and specialty chemicals. Suitable for different viscosities and demanding conveying conditions.

VPS pumps are suitable for alkane sulfonates, salts and emulsions used in detergents, care products and specialty chemicals. They are designed for different viscosity and suction pressure ranges and provide reliable discharge and conveying.
Typical Processes
Design
| Temperature range | 8–110 °C |
| Viscosity | 150–3,500 mm²/s |
| Flow rate | 1–7 m³/h |
| Suction pressure | −0.2 to −0.5 bar |
| Differential pressure | 6 bar |
Reliable conveying of liquid sulfur requires precise temperature control throughout the process. If the medium cools down, it can solidify inside the pump. A heated pump design helps maintain a constant temperature and ensures safe, continuous conveying.

VPS pumps for liquid sulfur can be equipped with a heating jacket in the pump housing. This keeps the medium at a stable temperature, reduces the risk of solidification and supports reliable conveying throughout the process.
Typical Processes
Design
| Temperature range | 135–140 °C |
| Viscosity | 7.75 mm²/s |
| Flow rate | 60–90 m³/h |
| Suction pressure | −0.5 bar |
| Differential pressure | 6.3 bar |
Paints, coatings and glazes place different demands on pumping systems due to their varying formulations. Pigments, binders, solvents and other additives influence viscosity, flow behaviour and material compatibility. Reliable, gentle and low-pulsation conveying is therefore essential.

VPS pumps are suitable for filling hobbocks and other containers with paints, coatings and similar products. They provide precise, low-pulsation conveying and support gentle product handling. Good cleanability is particularly important when colours or product variants change frequently.
Typical Processes
Design
| Temperature range | 10–30 °C |
| Viscosity | 50 mm²/s |
| Flow rate | 15 m³/h |
| Suction pressure | −0.3 bar |
| Differential pressure | 4 bar |
